By the way, I really don't think I can overstate how much better these new discs look than the Image dvds. The old dvds look more like VHS resolution in comparison -- very fuzzy/unfocused.

Well, then, was it included in the original broadcast? If not, then actually the scene isn't missing; it was perhaps never intended to be included and it was mistakenly included in the later syndication and VHS release.

Thanks. Then it's too bad it wasn't included. I have to say that it isn't a great loss as it doesn't seem like a particularly good scene to me based on that fuzzy youtube video, but I'd rather have the series be complete.
