It is, apparently. Although I assume it will be reissued, although likely not as a nice concise single LP like the original.

Woah. Total "legit" jamming here guys!!!

The transition from Piper to Birds is unexpected. I'm guessing it was planned but if you are just listening without looking at the setlist, the transition sounds natural and great.

    Awesome stuff!!!

The seriousness of the first 2 nights seems to be gone and feels like it is replaced by a joyous and FUN kind of vibe.

The boys sound very, very relaxed - not lazy or sloppy, but at ease and knowing what they are doing.

The show kicks off on a - by my standards - comedit intro with Sanity, Wilson, Foam and Gin.

A very nice quartet and a good kickoff so far.

A ton of songs I don't know/am unfamiliar with tonight. That's not keeping me from enjoying this show any less however.

Up to Tube so far and it is DESTROYING!!!

    Good stuff!

Trey wrote out the setlists for the whole run ahead of time. Apparently he put quite a bit of time into the setlists. Pretty rare for them

Listening to Picture of Nectar while cleaning up my front room.

I think I'll put in the Live at Niagra next. Picked it up a couple of days ago for $3.99 at a thrift, score.

I think there is only one pressing. So that's prolly why. If they reissue it the value will go down.

Amusing detail of 3/8/09... again, it was my 30th birthday. My first birthday show too. Sanity opener blew my mind. DWD raged. It was everything that I could ask for. Band comes back out for the encore and Trey starts up with “Tonight is someone’s birthday, who the band wouldn’t exist without...”

Now, when my mother was pregnant with me they were struggling to find a name. My great-grandmother spoke up and said the name she liked the most was... Leonard. Hmmm not many babies being named Leonard in the late 70s, my mom rolled her eyes accordingly. Occasionally still my mom will joke around when I’ve annoyed her, “I should have named you Leonard.”

Back to the show, here it is my birthday and Trey is giving a big windup to a happy birthday but who is it???? “Happy Bithday to Fishman’s father... Leonard!”

The whole crowd sang, “Happy birthday dear Leonard!”

It was amazing. Sometimes the universe has a wonderful sense of humor.

Haha that a quintessential phish story! You are a year and 10 days older than me... Leonard! I figure I'll NEVER get that bday show in, but it happened to a fellow Pisces so I can live in hope.

Random listening choice for the day.

Excellent audience recording and a killer Maze to get things started.

Actually 3/26/93. It was the first Phish show for one of my friends from college.

    Woops! You are correct sir!

Gotta say, if the Punch from 12/31/95 is currently sitting upon my "greatest ever" throne, this one is either as good or better.

This is just....if you like PYITE....you NEED this one in your life!!! :)

I remember drinking beer and playing hackey sack on I89 headed to Highgate in '94, it was a trip, a hack circle on the highway!

Non-deadheads were turning around, going the wrong way on the left shoulder to get out of there!

I'm getting there, but I'm still not totally up to date with both songs, so the seamless transition just made it sound, literally, like one big 26 minute song.

    Works perfectly here. Fantastic.

Thats just a month before the Columbus OH version released as "Demand" on Hoist album. The version that Trey sites as when the song really clicked for the band.

Heading back on the road for another 3 week tour this afternoon.

7/10/99 is my choice for this morning however, because I heard it's got one of the greatest CDT's ever.

And I do like me some CDT. :)

Around 9 minutes we achieve liftoff and Trey leads us straight into outer space.

I'm gonna call this the Sustain Jam or something. It's really angelic sounding to me.

    Incredible.

So, since I made it through the 2009 March Hampton run, I've decided I'm gonna go for my first marathon - 5/31 Boston through 6/21 East Troy

I've got 3 weeks until I'll be back in town.

    Bring it on.

This is some of my favorite Phish. Be sure to listen to the Birds of a Feather from set 2.
