That second set was a mindblower. One of my favorite shows I've attended. My buddy taped and it came out pretty nice. 2001->Mike's->Weekapaug for 56 minutes? Yes please.
Just remembered that I bought my first dat deck when I got back from deer creek 98. Had my first mics a few months later.
Saw the Trey acoustic show at The Grand Opera House in Wilmington, DE last night: Trey Anastasio Setlist at Grand Opera House, Wilmington Nice mix of songs with some fun storytelling mixed in; good venue too. Really fun night of music.
These Trey acoustic shows have been something special. I was at the DC show the other night...800 capacity venue! It was amazing seeing Trey in a room that small. His playing and stories were great.
Don't go out of your to listen to the 2004 Vegas run. There are some good moments but also a lot of unfocussed playing, and general sloppiness. I did the "bookend" tours that year - I caught the Vegas run which kicked off 2004, and the Coventry weekend which closed it out. Arguably the 5 worst shows of the year! d'oh!
I was still on the East Coast when the C shows happened. I didn't go and the reports made me feel good about not going. But you earned your Phish Purple Heart for those shows. You should have your PTBM order automatically filled for five years, anyway. I have the poster! I figured I should have it since those would be the last shows ever.
In for Tahoe and SF. PTBM. I guess we were pretty lucky! I put in an order, and the wifey did. Both got partially filled, and between them, we got what we needed. Just read the last few pages of shut-out stories. Be patient, where there's a will there's a way!
Nice. I did catch quite a few top notch shows over the years, so can't complain. Gorge 2003 was solid. My fave shows are mostly from 1994 though, my touring heyday!
My latest summer problem is that stubhub says tickets will arrive by the middle of July (logically, as they’re for the Tahoe shows) but I’ll be actually away from home from the start of July. Phish stress me out.

Are you going to Austin? Someone on cashortrade was selling BGCA but bundled them with Austin and LA, neither of which I need or wanted to try to sell. I checked out Austin to figure out demand, and there's still a lot of 100 level pavilion seats left on LiveNation/Ticketbastard. (I also noticed that the BGCA ticket prices on StubHub are not completely out of control, a lot of times going for less than the TB "platinum" seats, but still more than face.)
I’ve been sampling the audience recordings from Trey’s solo acoustic shows. Did anyone catch one of the shows?
I was at the 2/13 show in Wilmington, DE; it was a great experience. I’m listening to them all through the LivePhish app but I’m several behind.
Coventry was the worst shows EVAH! Discovering UM based on the several shirts I saw there saved my jam band needing life post Phish!!!
