Before Grace's time, there was the incredible Barbara Stanwyck.

 

I never considered Stanwyck to be beautiful. However, Grace Kelly most certainly is.

 

Catherine Deneuve gave her a run for her money IMHO.

 

She did.

 

Her daughter Isabella is in my top-10 list of most beautiful women of the 20th century.

In fact, I may just be partial to brunettes as Ava Gardner is also on that short list. Isabelle Adjani is there too.
Sophie Marceau, Juliette Binoche (whose body language simply kills me, even in her latest roles).

Princess Grace died way too young because of that tragic auto accident...can't believe it's already been 32 years...truly a classy and beautiful lady...

 

Her first appearance in Rear Window, when she's leaning in for a kiss, is absolutely breathtaking.

This was when I fell hard for her--saw this my freshman year in college. I flipped, never knew such beauty existed.
When I met my wife, she asked me who I thought was the prettiest movie star, she never expected me to say Grace. Keep Marilyn and Audrey Hepburn..............

 

Thanks for the pics. The b/w ones are spectacular. Sadly, I've never seen a movie starring Princess Grace at the theater and I agree that she must have been one of the most beautiful and classy women ever.

Speaking about current actresses, while not in the same league, the gorgeous Amy Adams could be my generation's choice as the one with the similar Kelly look
