She was a treasure.
She always made me laugh.
Sad news. She was a very funny lady. RIP.
Aw no. She has been a favorite for most of my life. A long well lived life.
The photo above needs the caption "Ah HA HA HAA!" with her cigarette holder in hand.
Wow. I just started reading her autobiography. RIP smart, funny lady.
Wow, really sad to hear this. She was the first female comedienne I remember seeing.
She made me laugh more than a lot of comedians. I hope Fang is with her right now!
You know, I can't say that I was really a fan of hers, but she was somebody I was always glad was around. If that makes any sense! RIP.
RIP. Man, what a year we're having.
RIP. Great female comic. Much of her humor was laughing at herself rather than tearing down men.
A wonderfully funny lady. Loved her performance in Mad Monster Party. RIP.
RIP. Thanks for the memories.
"They asked 'What is that awful stuff dripping from your window?' I said 'Taste it.'"
One of the funniest women to walk the planet. I used to listen to her LPs when comedy LPs were the thing, when folks like Godfrey Cambridge, George Carlin and Woody Allen were starting their careers and Lenny Bruce had just ended his. Amazing story-telling skills, her timing was awesome. RIP.
I usually don't like to waste the bandwidth to repost a picture...but these two in this picture are absolute legends, and two of my favorites.
..having cocktails with Bob Hope & laughing !
Who will take care of Fang? RIP for a funny lady.
Remember seeing her on the Tonight Show, and to a 10-year-old, Boy Did I Get a Wrong Number was hilarious. The first thing I did when I saw this thread was go to YouTube and find the chase scene where she's on the motorcycle. RIP
Bummer news. I loved her comedy. A legend, definitely.
R.I.P. to the mother of all female comedians..
Always made me laugh and loved it when she was a guest on Carson throughout the years.
One of the funniest comedians, ever. RIP.
95! wow! R.I.P...been a fan of her since I was a young boy!
Now that I'm in my mid 50s, so many of the Stars I'd admired since my youth are in their passing years. It's just so sad to lose those of my parents generation. Alot of us here are in that same boat.
