I'll buy the ones surrounding the AHM and Meddle albums.

Ordered 1969 & 1970. I'm most interested in having The Man and The Journey, the Zabriskie Point tracks and the various Atom Heart Mother versions. If I enjoy them as much as I think I will, I'm sure I'll eventually get the others, too.

I bought Devi/ation 1970, Reverber/ation 1971 and Obfusc/ation 1972. Mostly interested in the multichannel mixes. Was fortunate to get them for the low preorder price on Amazon.uk for $107.70 shipped. They were shipped yesterday so I'm looking forward to getting them :).

Was tempted to buy the first two sets but the prices are criminal. Yeah, yeah, another loser whining about the prices. If anybody wants to sell me Cambridge Station for $28 or less (including shipping), I'd be very happy to do business with ya! Otherwise, I'm ordering a copy of The Early Singles and I'll be happy. I'll learn to cope with the lack of DVDs I'll never watch, and I'll probably end up having to get therapy for not buying a collection with the absolute wor/st na/ming patt/ern in histo/ry.

Individually. The Syd Barrett era first and foremost. He is the least represented Floyd and therefore the most interesting to explore. Well, I'm also a fan of Syd Barrett. He was the king of psych music.

There's footage of Frank Zappa jamming
With the boys on the 1969 box.

I'm getting the Cambridge set, Barrett era. Maybe later I'll get the second one too. Mostly interested in the 67-68 era. But I like most anything they did 67-71.

I'm getting the 72/Obscured set, don't plan on getting earlier ones. And I bought the 2-CD Creation compilation.

Bought the first two sets today, now my weekend is saved for sure! Will pick up the other four sets, too. The next two during April and the final two during May...

  21. I'll certainly pick up Volume 1 and 2, probably 4 as well. If I really like them I may end up buying 3 and 7 as well, but 5 and 6 are of no interest for me at all.

I bet, but I'm so looking forward to hear the studio tracks. Saw it today in Gothenburg, Sweden, but I have to wait until Monday... That's the day my salary comes!
