I'm usually pretty good at discovering music that suits my tastes, but when it comes to electronic music with female vox, I'm coming up pretty short. What I'd like to hear more of, is something in the vein of Madonna - Ray Of Light and Delerium - Karma albums. That just hits the Sweet Spot right away!

I'm not looking for vaguely or similar sounding artists/albums like ENYA, but more of a Direct Extension of that particular sound. It could be Ray Of Light Part 2 or Karma Part 2, I'm totally fine with that :D

    For example:

Conjure One - Center Of The Sun

to me, it would be a direct extension of the sound of
    Madonna - Frozen:

    Also somewhat related to topic:

Could anybody identify this piece of 2 min music with female vox please?
I heard it on the radio late night and to me it sounds like Chill-Trance?

    Thanks. Keep 'em coming

It could also be odd/separate songs which are not usually representative of the artist.

    For example:

Kylie Minogue - Slow (Abbey Road Sessions)

Try Upstairs at Eric's by Yazou. Alison Moyet went on to have a good solo career and Vince Clarke was in Depeche Mode. Her voice is strong and quite bluesy.

Or anything by the Eurythmics (Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart) e.g. Sweet Dreams are Made of This, or Greatest Hits.

Not as poppy as Madonna, but check out The Knife. I'm not a big electro fan but I like their stuff.
