Forget the words—musically, it’s a plodding, monotonous, repetitive song. I love the overall album, and still I didn’t pick that song here. Or any other, for that matter.

 

More or less agree. I do like the album.

 

Me too. I had a copy when it was out but haven't got one now. A song about Darlington County was it (?) and something about going down down down... but I may be thinking of his Greatest Hits album rather than BITUSA.

 

I think Hurricane is a great opening song. It makes me want to listen to the rest of the album.

I Zimbra has the same effect on me.

Born in the USA just makes me cringe

I dont know the Smiths song

 

I've never heard I Zimbra! I've no desire to either really, never a TH fan but if I Zimbra wins through no doubt I will have to listen!
