I've never even seen Bo Diddley Gold. The track listing is pretty definitive.

The U.K. 54 track release The Story Of Bo Diddley: The Very Best Of Bo Diddley includes all of the choices on my list and has more tracks than either Gold or The Chess Box. However, it omits a few tracks that I like. It is also officially licensed and is not a European public domain release.
It also includes Bo's A Lumberjack.
