It’s rare that a new McCartney single divides his fans as much as Fuh You does. How do you rate it?

Haven't even listened yet, but I love the fact that it's pissing so many people off, so: love it.

I'm a huge Paul McCartney fan, but this song is pretty mediocre. I didn't like the other song I heard from this album either. Pretty disappointed since I have really like Paul's albums from FLAMING PIE on (except KISSES FROM THE BOTTOM).

It’s not bad, but it does sound like a lot of stuff that’s already out there. The poorest thing yet from the new album. It might grow on me, though.

I HATE the production. Voted "it's bad." Too much modern pop compression.

Folks, this is a 76-year-old man writing, recording & releasing a cutesy not-quite-F-bomb song. Sure, Paul — whatever.

That's half the appeal of it to me...and the fact that the "oops, I'm naughty" thing has been a running theme through his entire career.

Anway, I dig the song, pretty "meh" on the lyrics, I went with "It's good."

I voted love it just because it's not terrible, kinda like a bunch of his other past his prime tracks but I do love the connotation or insinuation of it all.
Especially at his age and being one of the two former prominent Beatles.
Funny thing is that Paul has always seemed to have the clean image compared to John Lennon yet songs like Why Don't We Do It In The Road and Hi Hi Hi are are about sex and I've always believed that Coming Up and Press were sexual as well.

McCartney has always tried different sounds and styles, the variety in his music is one of the absolutely beautiful things aobut it!

Fuh You doesn't do it for me, it doesn't sound like Paul McCartney, it's too far away from his strengths to me. Of the three songs so far, Come On To Me is the best.

I wish McCartney would get away from all these type producers and get a producer that understands rock and roll!

Get his band in the studio and write in his style, and not worry about being contemporary. McCartney's roots are rock and roll not this current sounding stuff. I give him total credit for staying in the game and trying out new things, but his classic style of writing is more than good enough!

Just my opinion, even still it's #1 on Amazon best sellers!

For some reason I love it. It s a funny song with insanely catchy hooks and melodic lines. Also a great bridge and in the middle of it all some Beatlesesque strings. Production much what could be expected for those familiar with Ryan Tedders Onerepublic a band I like.
But of course it s a great divider among fans. Risque content and modern production whatever that is is a lethal combination around here
It s great pop-music-a bit dumb but catchy. It makes me smile and sing-along
    It s Pure pop

    Fuh him.

Life long Beatles/McCartney fan, but it's sad listening to his creaky old voice these days. He's too upbeat for his old voice to fit like a worn out, life-beaten old soul like Billie Holiday, Ray Charles or even Bob Dylan. Time to hang it up.

Probably even worse than the song in question in this thread. Inane, charmless and unfunny.
