Rene is no longer the docker's delight. Five songs left.......one more must go. Vote for the next weakest link.

Discussion question: When was the last time you played Ogden's Nut Gone Flake? Has your opinion changed about it?

    Wham Bam Thank You Mam........................
    6 Rene (Round 4)
    7 Mad John (Round 3)
8 Long Ago and Worlds Apart (Round 3)
    9 Happiness Stan (Round 2)
10 The Hungry Intruder (Round 2)
    11 The Journey (Round 1)

Had a great time listening through the whole 3-disc Deluxe Edition (in the brilliant replica 'tobacco tin' lift-lid package) recently, less than a couple months ago... my estimation continues to increase!

Sadly I will have to spend my (busy) Sunday voting off "Lazy Sunday"

I listened to Ogden's last month. My opinion throughout the years has not changed: it is an exceptional album!

Dammit, I love "Rene". "Afterglow" has to go.

Can't remember the last time I played it, within the last year. Always loved this album from the first time I heard it, the Small Faces are like that.

As Monday dawns, "Lazy Sunday" is over. That might be my last pick as I really don't think I can choose another to lose from those that remain. So pleased to see that Song Of A Baker is still there, I hadn't realised it was so well-appreciated.

I will have listened to most of side one through playlisting Small Faces tracks over the last few weeks, but the album as a whole but separate thing in a single sitting, probably in the last three or four months. My opinion of it doesn't really change, but like I said in one of the other rounds, I really see the all of the Immediate material as a single body of work.

I haven't spun this in awhile now, but I still love it as much as I always have. My go to Small Faces is usually the Immediate s/t.
