I've only heard the B&W and it had anemic bass

Those are 4 fairly different sounding speakers. I'm a big fan of both Joseph and DeVore (I sell both), but I would think all 4 options are quite good.

Choice would likely depend on the room, associated equipment, and what type of sound you personally prefer.

This is the right and logical answer. Sadly, it kind of puts the kabosh on the mud slinging and invective we all enjoy : )

The JA and DeVore's certainly fit my listening priorities best. I have never cared for the B&W sound. It does depend on amplification matching. The DeVore's and JA's present a fairly easy load but you can probably rock out way louder with the B&W and JBL's with high power amps.

Of those 4 the Devore by a pretty wide margin. JA are great speakers. I just have never really been down with their voicing but have only heard the original Perspective in passing while going to listen to the Pulsar.

Pretty much the same thing thing for B&W just not meaty enough. The Gibbon though. Great speaker and I pretty Much like the whole Devore line.

I've only heard one of them, and I probably wouldn't vote for it...

The Joseph Audio by a very slim margin over the Devore. Both excellent speakers, IMO.

I haven't heard that iteration of the B&Ws, and the JBL don't do anything for me.

Have you heard the RP7/100 with the Pulsars? Im assuming its even better than RP5/RH5

Yes....I've run the pretty much the whole Rogue lineup with Pulsars/Perspectives.

Honestly, I like both the RP5 and RP7. If you don't care anything about balanced connections, the RP5/ST100 is really a killer combo.

Would you say that the RP7/100 is more transparent and neutral than the RP5/100?

The only thing that matters is what sounds good to your ears, on your equipment, and in your room.

My vote is conditionally for the Joseph Audio Perspective (the condition being the Perspective 2 graphene model )

I can only vote for the candidate which has reached me and impressed. That would be the JBL 4367. I wish I could afford a pair.
