Love the speakers but I love the log cabin even more.

 

Here is my new setup. I replaced my old Windows PC with a MacBook Pro. I really love the Elgato Thunderbolt 3 dock. All you need is a single cable to your computer and you are connected to the Oppo Sonica DAC, external SSD and the internet via ethernet cable. It also charges the laptop battery at the same time.

Could you make a close-up of the turntable? I believe I have (almost) the same one, only in acryl - with the 2m Bronze. How does the bronze compare to the 2m black?

 

Here you go. I had the Bronze stylus in a red body on my old turntable so I cannot give you a fair comparison. The black sounds much better and more detailed, but of course the whole table is new too. I have had this now for a year. I could not be happier.

 

Purchased these LS50s through the classifieds here (thanks Glenn). After reading about them for years, I see what all the fuss is about.

 

My system is finally complete. Just added a VPI and matching dust cover.
