Polished the platter on my TD 145. Holy crap that was a lot more work than I thought! Lol. It came out awesome though...
I absolutely love Per Un Amico, but I'm having trouble tracking down a nice copy on vinyl that's not a zillion dollars. The CD sounds pretty good in the mean time
Mysetup Pro-Ject esprit sb Pro-ject tube box s Cambridge cxa60 Wharfedale Dentons. I have my ortofon 2m blue coming in the mail along with a chrome turntable lab record weight and I just order a pioneer ct-f950!! If you consider the date that those were released, there has been an explosion of great music and box sets that have been released. I have to pick a d choose. I wish I cold but everything but I can't.

NM oe EX+ first or second pressing copies go for €70-€90 here in Italy. Anyway, I like their "Storia di un Minuto" even more.
PFM are true "Art" rock, very unique, very musical and their recordings usually have great bass! A radio station in New York used to play them back in the 70's which is when I became a fan. It was probably a stupid american record company's idea to release an English version of one of their records. Completely ruined the magic.
my dear friend (RIP) Asit, turned me onto a whisky called "Tangle Ridge" from Canada i believe. Some of the smoothest ive ever tasted. delicious stuff
100% agree with you there on Photos of Ghosts. It's not bad, and definitely has some interesting parts, but not as much magic. Also agree on the bass, it's killer. Don't quote me here, but I think I read somewhere that King Crimson liked them so much, they brought them on tour as openers and hooked them up with their manager and got them English and American distribution, and they redid the album with Pete Sinfield providing lyrics or something like that. Not sure why they didn't translate the original lyrics? Someone correct me if I got some of it wrong lol
I become a fan after seeing them paired with J. Geils Band at Mississippi River Festival 7-10-74. Very unusual pairing!
