This is where and how I store my Techno Vinyl - picture was taken a few years ago when i still had a DJ booth with 2 Technics and a Pioneer DJ mixer- But the shelf and most of the records are still there in my mancave...:)
The Vinyl I listen to mainly now is/was in the living room where i use my DUL 701...(no quality pics of that set up/room available atm.)

Very nice LENCO tt and awesome tonearms you got there. Is that tunnel like item in that Finite Element rack under the vintage table an Einstein - The Tube Phono Pre ?

@ Sam: That's a very nice setup you've got there. I really like Jan Allaerts Cartridges. :righton:

@ P.C.: I would love to see more pics of your "simple system". I really like the look of those Nagra power amps, are you using the Wadia as a preamplifier?

Must sound really nice if you do, i compared the 781i with and without ML 38S pre at my dealers once. Using the Wadia as preamp killed the ML.

    Regards,
    Fabian

fabinho85 yes I'm using the Wadia directly into the Nagra PSA ( stereo) amp. Seems to work pretty well. I had a Klyne 7 line stage in a previous system but prefer the Wadia direct with this system. Don't have many pics but heres a couple more.

Not at the moment. But I have a Lenco L75. I am going to replinth and add Peter's Top Plate. I haven't decided on the tonearm yet.

I'm curious about the SRA base. Is it just a platform, or does it have suspension? Nice M30's BTW, I own M40 myself, used to also own M30. :)

SRA (Silent Running) are pretty clever. It has some constrained layer damping.

I don't really know much about the SRA platforms.
I got mine used for 50% off and as each platform is made for a specifics components size and weight, the chances of a second hand one coming up for sale that matches ones own stuff is obviously quite rare so I thought it was worth a punt.
It feels and looks like a basic lightweight platform . But in a recent review at Ultraaudio.com it states that each spiked feet is connected individually to modules that 'provide the unit with six degrees of free motion: forward, backward, left, right, up, down. Incredibly, each module contains 80 internal parts.'
However if I push gently the platform there is little noticeable movement.
Wether the platform makes any audible difference is hard to say as the Wadia's far to heavy and awkward for me to want to remove it again! but I expect it does no harm to have it.

Thanks for the pics. Your system is really simple and elegant, I like it. If i could live without a turntable i would go for something similar.
