Thank you Baron, tried the same software on the back of the room but it ended up bending space and time.

-WHOLE lot of nostalgia going on amongst us 1980's/1990's video gamers
during the last couple/three years now, and quite a few japanese companies
have been scrambling to cater to this market.

i too grew up with this game, under it's U.S. release "TARGET EARTH"
and i never thought i'd ever see a toy or model ever made
of the earth forces' primary assault vehicle of the story,
much less anything else from this fairly obscure
1990 SEGA GENESIS/MEGA DRIVE video game release.

a true dream come true, for me at least...

Nice pic! I've have seen the one's you posted some time ago and have always thought you have one of the best rooms I've seen in pictures. Congrats! I see a dsotm record there, but I imagine its just for decoration or you use a turntable in another rig?

I have most of my vinyl in storage back in the US, no TT right now but it will be one of my first investments once I return to the US. In the back of the room is some vinyl that I pick up here and there, but it will have to stay virgin for now. ;)

It's a $2 iPad app, pretty easy to use (well, as long as you keep it simple, the shot of the back of the room got a bit bend out of shape), will come in handy for many future pics.

Very nice looking room with plenty of expensive gear. Have you ever considered treating the room to unleash the true potential of your system? Bass traps etc?

It looks to have a lot of untreated reflective surfaces, in other words, a very reverberant room. :)

Still one of my favorite rooms! I've always had a great time listening there!

I'm renting our house here in London, does not make too much sense to invest in more elaborate room treatments that might not fit my needs back in the US.

Tried my best to optimise the system set up itself and the positioning of furniture, rugs, plants and shelfs to improve the room's potential.

Here is my feeble attempt at a panorama pic of the back of the room, clearly I didn't get it quite right, the software was bending space and time and I swear I was sober at the time I tried it. :D

It appears there are even more CD shelves than when I visited early in 2011...

Yes, a few small ones, first time in ages I don't have too many CDs sitting on the floor.

The stitching imperfection in the middle of the photo actually makes that photo cool as hell...almost purposefully stylized.

    Awesome room as always.

what music was playing when you took that ↑ ? .... might account for the bending of space/time...

Hey, that desk looks just like the one that was in my room growing up, scuffs and all! (I didn't have any remotes, though -- they didn't exist....)
