You have it correct as I had an extra "no" in there. Also, Steve Martin is correct. This pre-emphasis list is kept up to date as far as I'm aware. Your English seems fine to me so far.

I can confirm the disc has pre-emphasis. I have the 35DP-59 Japan for Japan issue. Great sounding disc by the way. Very close to the original vinyl in tonality. Properly de-emphasized of course!
This arrived today, surprised it has not been posted previously, since it is numerically the first of the 38DC and DIDC series: Beethoven: Sym. No. 5; Schubert: Sym. IN JAPAN; Manufactured by CBS/Sony, Inc. in Japan; STEREO/DIGITAL RECORDING; no barcode; smooth sided jewel case This also should confirm that the original CBS/Sony Japan 38DC 1 crude font matrix is mastered with pre-emphasis. If there is a later Japan 38DC 1 neat font matrix, though, the mastering could be different. CUETools accurately matched this pressing just 6/46, so that would suggest the existence of other, more prevalent pressings. AJ
I have this also, Japan for Europe as well. But the font is not crude so it's a slightly later pressing. Still has pre-emphasis.
Okay, so a different physical pressing exists. The mastering with pre-emphasis probably is the same. But both could be different, as we have seen different masterings between crude and neat font pressings on some 35DP and 35 8P series. To confirm similarity or difference, these are the CBS/Sony Japan for Europe 38DC-1-1 peak levels (right off the disc, before digital de-emphasis): Code: 01 81.0 02 77.2 03 100.0 04 85.9 05 65.2 AJ
I checked the EAC extraction logfile for this title and the peak levels match yours, so the mastering is identical.

Santana - Abraxas - 35DP 58 The "Abraxas" with neat font matrix 35DP-58 21A1 +++++ that I just ripped has pre-emphasis flags in TOC, rather surprising for a 35DP series, which almost all seem to have pre-emphasis flags only in subcode. The TOC flags may have been added to the +++++ pressing. AJ
