Prince of the City -Tv Cut

I read online that the networks, back in the day broadcast a TV cut of this film. It's a long film, but I think its an amazing film that would actually be better with more footage.
Anyone ever seen this cut... Directed by Sydney Lumet

According to the IMDB Alternative Versions page..

The film originally premiered on TV in a version broadcast over 4 hours (running no longer than 196 minutes), including previously unseen material which had been cut from the 167-minute theatrical release. Among the restored scenes is one that makes more sense of the DiBenadetto Case (the character Ciello's first rat-job).

Yeah, but did anyone see it? I saw this film last year and I'd like for a TV cut to come out from this.
