No Bill, it was from the very short lived Chicago mag "Praxis". EG also gave some away in the rare envelope to reps as well. Pretty tough... a good one to have!
Then I don`t know where I got mine, I lived in Boston at the time and thought it came in a magazine. Not sure, it was a long time ago ! You have a cool avatar by the way, I did that cover for an art project in college that hung on my wall until it fell apart.
