What brands of cables you're using in your reference system? Do you think network cables (Fadel, MIT, Transparent) color the sound?
Claus, Not Steve of course, but .... It was reported in the Stereophile article on SH (May 2001) that Steve was using cables (power, i/c, speaker wires) from Pure Silver Connection (PSC) which are made in Australia - being an Aussie that stuck in my mind. This was in reference to a 777-Wavac-Legacy system that the interviewer heard in Steve's living room. These cables are imported by tmh audio. It's not clear from the article whether PSC cables are being used in the other systems Steve has. Regards, Metralla
