    Hard choice.
Either 'Jackie Brown, Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, or Kill Bill 1-2.

I would even include True Romance( script QT)but Tony Scott directed this one ( brilliantly).

Pulp Fiction without a doubt. Such a cast. Such a narrative and the way of presenting it. He never bettered himself after this one.

Narrowing it down to either Pulp Fiction or Kill Bill.

Best: Pulp Fiction, probably because of its structure and breathoffreshairitis. My favorite: Jackie Brown by a country mile. All the rest: meh.

One of the first 3 that's for sure.
    I'll go with Jackie Brown.

Jackie Brown for me. Very classy film. So well put together, I've watched it almost as many times as The Godfather.

Jackie Brown is my favorite, but Pulp Fiction probably best encapsulates what makes Tarantino Tarantino.

I'm revisiting Tarantino's filmography in anticipation of The Hateful Eight, so my feelings might change (it's been over 10 years since I've seen some of them).

"Best" -- so many qualifiers around that word. Pulp Fiction has become a part of the culture, and it's pretty perfect. Jackie Brown is his most grown up film by miles, as if he wanted to show he could make a movie with restraint about adults. Kill Bill I is just a kick, especially the last half hour.

    revisiting " yeah, likewise.
Hope 'The Hateful Eight' joins his other illustrious early basterds.

Hate to be predictable, but it has to be Pulp Fiction. Nothing else he's done comes closes.

Pulp Fiction is just one of those rareties where exactly the right elements came together at exactly the right time in exactly the right proportions. The film just hangs together in a really novel way, doesn't neatly resolve and bears seemingly infinite viewings. In all of his other films, I find the proportions problematic to varying degrees.

I will say that Inglorious Basterds has improved every time I've screened it.

Pulp Fiction was a milestone for me, one of my first great new exciting cinema-experiences.

Jackie Brown was another step, still underrated, but one of his best movies.

But then came a movie that had me all excited again. Someone asked me: How's the new Tarantino movie, not that good? And I said: it's maybe the best movie he's done yet. And that was Inglorious Basterds. Maybe the experience was enhanced by the fact that I live in Austria and that it had Waltz and other german and austrian actors, but still I would rate it near the top.
