    Is the mastering and sound quality of the Abba "Greatest Hits" West German Target CD identical to the North American issued Atlantic 'red circle' label "Greatest Hits" CD?

    Same mastering for both to the best of my knowledge. The best sounding Abba you can buy to these ears.
