Quicksilver amps?

    Looking at possibly checking out the Model V-4 monos. Does anyone have anything positive or negative about these amps? Info I've read sounds like they are great. What is a fair used price on these? How would it pair with a Manley Purist preamp and Vandersteen 3's?

    Excellent amps for the money(around $2,000 in used market). They put out about 120 watt per block and will match well with just about any equipment, they will definitely push your Vandys without any effort.

    *p.s. They sounded best when used KT88s(Harmonic Techs are better than most NOS).
