It's pics like that that make me think that Elvis WAS one of the coolest- EVER!

 

THIS was Elvis at his coolest.

 

Well, even though I wasn't really an Elvis fan (liked maybe 3 or 4 songs) I saw the '68 Comeback (recorded off the tv, at a friend's place) and just felt that there was something happening there.

Over the years, I've grown to really like his music very much, starting with the Sun recordings (of course.) But I'd be inclined to agree- he was BACK then and the whole world had to take notice.

 

Do you think George took enough ukes with him ?

We all know George always disliked Yoko, right ?
