Rare Beatles USA '66 tour doc

This seems great, particularly since I live in Alabama -but the bottom of the article states that it is available for download everywhere except North America. Can some of the non-North American members help me out here? PM me if you want, or just post on this thread. I do know that the planned Beatle record shredding event at the then brand new Roebuck Shopping City turned out to be a bust back in '66 because the wood shredder got jammed early on and the whole issue just seemed to fade away. Even the two DJ's kept on playing Beatles records when they went to another radio station. They blame the AP wire writer passing through Birmingham, listening to the radio, who just happened to catch their self-righteuos "act" on air, for blowing the whole thing up.
