    I have a poster for the US release of Kate Bush's The Kick Inside back home in Chicago that is the (im)famous "Pink Leotard" photo, with the tag line "Discover the extraordinary singing poetess from England". It looks a bit like this one:

    Every British music writer of a certain age goes on and on about the impact of this image being plastered on the Tube walls and on every bus, but damned if I can find any photographic evidence of it.
