    I'll start with a few I have:
John B. Sebastian--MGM LP (same music as the Reprise LP, but different cover & inferior sound)--MGM put it out even though he had just signed with Reprise.
John Sebastian Live--LP released on MGM in 1970, and withdrawn about 2 months later due to his being on Reprise at the time--never reissued in any form
Tell The Truth/Roll It Over-Derek & the Dominoes--out for 1 day & pulled--mono mixes never reissued in any form.
The McCartney Interview--Parlophone CHAT1--easily available in the US at the time, released in the UK for just 1 day. Never reissued in any form.
    Mexico/Have You Seen The Saucers--Jefferson Airplane 45.
Damned, Damned, Damned--UK Stiff Records LP--1st mistake pressing, with Eddie & The Hot Rods on the back cover instead of The Damned.
The Kinks--One Of The Survivors/Scrapheap City --US RCA 45--B-side different, slower than LP version, sung by Ray instad of the girls--immediately withdrawn--never reissued in any form.

I had the U.K. "Concert Classics" CD upon release, but sold it... and found out after I sold it that it had been pulled very quickly after release! Wish I still had it...

I got Negativland's U2 cassette a few months after Island demanded all stores return it (the one where I shopped must not have gotten the memo).

That wasn't as much a mistake as one of Stiff Records promo tricks.

Gregg Allman's "One More Try: An Anthology". This CD was pulled not long after it was released as Gregg wasn't too happy with the compliation of songs.

I have the Clapton 45 of Tell The Truth. I'd have to do some digging but I think it's white label promo. The fast version.

I've got that first Comes A Time pressing, the one with the track order that was not to Neil's liking. Sounds fine to me!
