I recently rescued my old Rotel RP900 w/Sumiko Bluepoint cartridge (purchased in 1994, not used since 1999) from sixteen years of exile. No specific questions to go along with it, just clarification that the turntable was actually OEM'ed by Rega? Whatever the case, it feels like my ears are getting a massage when played through an old, meger JVC A/V receiver (Pro Logic, but I only run it in stereo.) Just picked up a pair of Pioneer BS
22s and I am happier than a pig in poop. [IMG]

I used to have an RP-955 (the last turntable they made), and I never remember coming across anything related to that when trying to get more info/reviews about it. Some people thought perhaps it was meant to be a competitor of sorts to a Planar 3, but I don't think it goes further than that.
