B-Movie director of a number of popular titles such as It's Alive, God Told me To and Q the The Winged Serpent and the Stuff. His films were always fun and kooky and often featured the equally kooky Michael Moriarty. he was 77. Time flies.

I love much of God Told Me To, the beginning is incredible and it's such a 70s New York film, I felt transported. Strange, weerd, and original. Two good films dare to go outside the boundaries. RIP

Wrote for some of the great television dramas like The Defenders and The Nurses. Plus he created Coronet Blue, The Blue Light and The Invaders, 3 excellent 60s series.

It's Alive used to freak me out as a kid. I like how he mixed the absurd in horror with social commentary. RIP Larry Cohen.
