Roger Perry, Actor on 'Star Trek,' 'The Munsters' and 'The Facts of Life,' Dies at 85
Sad news. Such a classic guy. He was in many shows and movies. He even played the doctor in The Thing With Two Heads. RIP.
This would seem to be perfectly suited for the VA Obit thread: Final Curtain (the Visual Arts obituary thread)* But that thread refuses to gain traction. Anyway I will always remember RP for guest starring in the classic western TV episode "Hondo and the Judas", in which Hondo learns Col Quantrill (Forrest Tucker) survived the Civil War and has called for a reunion of his raiders to get things restarted. John Agar plays Frank James, while Jesse is portrayed by... Ricky Nelson! This episode is crying out for cult status. Roger Perry in "Hondo and The Judas"
I remember him from that Star Trek episode. The Munster episode was a good one. I also looked up his credits on IMDB and see that he was in one of The Invaders episode. Good actor. Rest in Peace.
I remember him from many appearances before and after but Count Yorga Vampire & The Return Of Count Yorga stick out in my mind.
