Rolling Stones 2006 Japan stereo remasters

Hi all, I got a hold of one of these (US "12X5") and to me it sounds fantastic!

Was wondering if anyone had any comments on the rest of the titles?

Couldn't find anything in the threads regarding these releases....

 

Unless there are some hidden remasters that were done back then that I've never heard about, the 2006 "remasters" are merely repackaged redbook versions of the 2002 remasters that spawned the ABKCO SACD/CD hybrids.

Not sure....the packaging claims to be 2006 remasters.....not sure why they'd have to redo them after only four years....you're probably right!
