To act as a cushion in case Keith trips and falls down again.... :hide:

Okay, no more hammocks or stages for Mr. Richards.

Keith is cool even when falling down.

Speculative posts on iorr- Keith may have slipped while attempting to kick aside a hat that was in his path on the portion of that stage he was traversing.

Apparently Keith is doing ok, however this could have ended up badly- aka Ahmet---RIP.

My companion at the Kansas City concert asked me how long the Rolling Stones can go on and on, touring like this as they age. I said, I think that when Keith Richards can't play or passes away, that will be the end of it. (Of course, the same thing for Mick Jagger). It is good to hear that Keith is all right.

Charlie Watts visited the American Jazz Museum and Negro Leagues Baseball Museum in Kansas City on the day after the concert. Those who were there report that Watts was very gracious and well informed about the content of the museums.

Ron Wood was spotted in the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City on the day after the concert. From the museum's Facebook page, a June 28 status. https://www.facebook.com/nelsonatkins

The Rolling Stones were in town last night and put on a great show. Ronnie Wood stopped by the museum today. We hope he enjoyed our show!

Also, Rolling Stones saxophonist Tim Ries sat in with a local big band at the Green Lady Lounge in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Here is an Instagram post by local saxophonist Michael Shults.

Finally, Mick Jagger ate at Michael Smith's restaurant in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. There is an online article and photo of a smiling Mick with the restaurant owners, but the comments under the article and photo are so dumb and tasteless that I don't want to post the link here.

I remember fearing something like this happening at the KC show, when I saw Mick kick a rubber ball off the stage!

Keith says it goes until Charlie is ready to hang it up.

I guess I'd pick 'Street Fighting Man' from that list, but they all would be good.

Can't wait to see them tomorrow!!! This will be my 5th time seeing the Stones, the last time being the 2002 Toronto Rocks concert.

I knew they only do two songs in the encore, and my wife wanted to leave. I have seen the Stones before (think I left early then too). We had a seriously long drive that day and went only because we got lucky dip. I loved the show, especially the Keef songs.

I understand. However, the encore may have been the best part of the entire concert, in Kansas City.

My loss - but it ticked off my bucket list for my wife and I. Also, we both love Ed Sheeran.

At least people have gotten used to the idea that Mick Taylor isn't part of the program.

^^That clip may have just topped The Faces w/out Rod Stewart as the funniest parody in the series.
