I'm more interested in the LA Forum show than the Hampton Roads show. This was the show that I was most hoping that they would release.

I'm sure it will come eventually as the Hampton one will.

If you are referring to my post, it is because the LA Forum show is much better than most of what is on the Love You Live album.

    Outstanding, can't wait!

I hope Leeds 82 is next, but the IORR board is saying probably Tokyo 95.

I love the format of vinyl/dvd. That is buyer friendly for sure. I'll buy any of these they release - bring 'em on!

This release MIGHT be a very big deal for serious Stones fans.

The Spincds.com webpage say the show being released is the July 12th show. The digital release last year was the July 11th show.

    Note the similar-but-different artwork/title:

    L.A. Friday 1975: http://www.rollingstones.com/2012/04/03/the-rolling-stones-release-la-friday-live-1975/

    L.A. Forum 'Live in 1975': http://www.spincds.com/cds/carnival-of-souls-lp-43122

Add spincds' s specific mention of the forthcoming release being the July 12th show, Stones fans aren't just getting a physical media regurgitation of last year's download release, it's apparently a completely different show released officially for the very first time!

Stones fan boards have been debating whether it's really going to be different or if it's just a typo... but the different artwork is quite revealing, IMHO.

Hope it is not a typo. Would love to see another LA 1975 show released.

This is great news. The July 11th show is the video boot. Did they videotape all three nights in LA? To have the 12th on DVD will be fantastic. I always love something "really" new!

  19. It may be a typo, because it will be a DVD or 2 CD DVD or 3 LP DVD set. I was under the assumption it was a mass release of the 11th, just like Hampton is.

I hope it's indeed the show from the 12th, as I already have the most of the FLAC's and would like to think they weren't 'wasted' purchases.

Great news indeed! Not my favourite tour, but I'll be happy to ditch those crummy bo*tlegs and enjoy these new releases!: I hope the also release Toronto, Leeds and Brussels (affordably!), although those would be audio only release, I assume, unless Toronto and Leeds were also filmed?!

There are times during the LA show when you literally cannot believe the lead guitarist is Ronnie Wood. He absolutely plays out of his skin.
