A 2CD Stripped Set would be perfect, with DVDs of the concerts.

Stripped is one of Charlie's favorite Stones albums.

A source on the IORR forum is saying is that the next release after Stripped will be the San Jose No Security show from 1999 followed by Paris 1976.

Mine, too. I really didn't want just a live document of the Voodoo Lounge tour, so when Stripped dropped and I heard their version of "Like A Rolling Stone" for the first time, I was blown away. They didn't make a "greatest hits, unplugged" album, but instead they dove deep into their back catalogue and dusted off songs that casual fans may have never heard and fans like me, had never heard live. It's a masterpiece and I fully intend to buy the new version.

It's one of my top releases with Ronnie in the band.

    My Lord--it's finally happening.

I think I may buy several copies and keep the other copies in a vault of my own just in case these wonderful concerts ever go out of print! These concerts are gems and I'll need a backup for a backup!

This is incredible news. Considering I'm on a huge Voodoo Lounge-era kick right now, this is even more awesome. :D

    Assuming this info is true:

Do we know why the Paradiso shows will be a mix? Film problems? Just wanting to combine two down to one? etc....

Also, are rumours that the Blu-ray will have both COMPLETE Paradiso shows and the DVD will have a mix? Or will it be the same across formats?

Someone else on the IORR forum said the Deluxe Edition will have all 4 shows.

    Same here!

Love Stripped. Will love a deluxe even more.

I'm a fan of that era (Voodoo Lounge) so this is exciting.

This has not been confirmed and I don't have any idea if there will be cd/lp versions of all of the shows as well.

I don't know if the Toronto 2005 Light The Fuse show will be released in physical format between some of these or not.

Stripped first got me into the Stones so this is a must buy for me. Not too bothered about DVD but will be in for a CD set and, please, vinyl!

"She was shifty, nifty, she looked about fifty…" - Oh dear, we knew we were old when we heard Mick sing that lyric on Stripped and now we're 20 years beyond that? Yikes! If asked I woulda said the album was released maybe as much as ten years ago.

If Paris, the June 6th gig then.

El Mocambo 1977 would be cool, too

This is from the great Rocks Off site:

The Rolling Stones-Stripped 20th Anniversary Edition...there's a 2DVD version with both Paradiso shows and a Deluxe Edition with the Brixton and Olympia shows and also a 90 minute documentary in both packages...I've heard the release date will be April 6th!

So no audio component? Stripped is arguably the best "modern era" Stones album, would love to have more audio officially available.
