Hey guys (and audiogirl), I don't really care exactly why you don't like Michael Jackson music. What has me going is all the assuming that only a certain type of listener owns SACD and what they buy. The players are dirt cheap and the discs aren't much more than regular CD, so you have to expect more people of all stripes getting a player, especially if mixed with DVD. When the other majors start offering titles you have to expect pop titles over classical and to a lesser extent, jazz being the predominant genre. You will see Boys II Men and Green Day in SACD. This is what we all wanted to happen. We wanted SACD (some DVD-A) to replace the 16-bit/44.1 CD. I just want to see some demographics of owners.
