What is the CD version on Phantom Sound & Vision? Is this the one I should get?

Just get the standard Columbia CD - anything through Phantom is gonna be expensive. The Japanese mini-LP looks wonderful, but sounds very similar to me.

i had Lotus from i don't know where but the guitars were way loud while other things seemed way back in the mix. don't know what label or anything.I traded that one in .
I did find a japanese version that is supposedly 3 cd and has allkinds of cards, and art work and stuff. this one sounds great since everything seems in the right balance. carlos tears it up really good all over this one.

 

The Phantom disc is only $5 more than the Columbia- is there anything extra on it, more music, is the packaging different, etc.?
