That's true, money can't buy me love, but it's what I really want. Problem is, you never give me your money, so I stick 10-pound notes up my nose for a rainy day, which I don't mind.

But isn't that the case in any speculative thread? I've kind of enjoyed all these crazy detours. Then again, I'm a newbie to the forum.

Very annoying indeed! Made even clearer in Blu-Ray quality................

Apparently Chapman and Cleese were brought in as script doctors, essentially rewrote the script, and then Sellers reverted back to an earlier draft. Several bits that they wrote for the film ended up on Monty Python's Flying Circus. The only one I can think of at the moment is the sketch about "The Mouse Problem."

I think they should put "Carnival of Light" in the negative space of track one on one of the bonus discs as a super hidden track. That way it would be (*wink* *wink*) still unreleased to please Ringo and the estate of George and to not confuse casual fans (who would probably never find it), and yet it would be there for us diehards--once and for all, technically released, for us.

It could also be spun into quite the publicity generator to boost sales. Ringo and Olivia could even release statements asking people to please not scan backwards before track 1; please do not listen to that awful noise. Could be quite fun.

It can be the 'inner groove' of the bonus disc.

It's time for everyone to take a breather.

Go read another thread. Go outside and breathe some fresh air. Don't count to 10, count to 100. Have a cup of tea or a long, cool drink. Talk to someone who is live.

    Calm down

    Ready? Go!

We'll be reviewing this thread in our spare time, maybe we can skip the dessert or something. Or maybe even skip dinner, goodness knows I've not missed many of those.

...and we're back! :D Any rumblings from Apple Corps? Have they booked a venue for a press conference? Has Macca been spotted with a mysterious box-set-sized package and a moustache?

Yeah, but it turns out it was just a box of moustaches.

No Macca but a gentleman with moustache delivered a large package to my parent's house yesterday. I think that the box set comes with a '67 mixing desk.

Personally, I would like something along the lines of the designs used within any of the PM Archive Collection for this release. Album, outtakes, good book and other types of memorabilia. Sorted.

It's nice that the thread is back. Thanks to Gary and all the Gorts for their good work! Nothing new to report, but I had a dream the other night and I was making one of those youtube unboxing videos and whooping with delight. I remember a lavish book and over-sized box... but not the contents:eek:. Ron

    :o
Well not quite everything. But if that style of package is good enough for Macca, then it must be good enough for the group from which he came.:):agree::agree:
