Show us 2012's worst album cover...but it has to be an album you actually bought!

Sure, we always see those "worst album covers" lists at the end of every year...but I can honestly say I rarely own anything on those lists. The purpose of this thread is to display those awful album covers, but they have to be something that you actually purchased with your hard earned money!

I honestly don't know why I keep buying Ministry's albums (I sold this soon after I got it). I guess I'm hopeful that they will return to their early '90s sound, but they never do.
