I got it all covered with The Students -Every Day of the Week. As a Beach Boy fan I still remember finding the single of I'm So Young by The Students about 30 years ago.
"Monday Bluesong" Mark-Almond (Jon Mark on guitars and Johnny Almond on horns. They met while playing with John Mayall) from the 1972 album "Rising". One truly great record. Someone put the whole album up on YouTube. "Monday Bluesong" is the opening track.
