Velvet Underground - 'Temptation Inside Your Heart'. Lou Reed laughs particularly towards the end of song, but there are cut-ups throughout.
I've always thought that one sounded kind of intentional, rather than a legit "actual" laugh. I could be wrong, though.
He does. I was a bit disappointed when I realized recently that this wasn't as "spontaneous" as I had thought - he makes the same "mistake"/laugh on the demo version heard on the new Automatic box set.
The Reverend Horton Heat album "Laughin' & Cryin' with the Reverend Horton Heat" was apparently originally supposed to have either laughing or crying on every song. What a terrible idea.
How about something that’s been recorded in the last 10 years? Miranda Lambert - “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” about the 2:49 mark.
Elvis laughs on a couple of studio masters. Lot´s of outakes too of course. Those comes to my mind: 1) Mystery train (outro) 2) Baby Let´s play house 3) Power of my love 4) If you talk in your sleep (Outro) If you want to listen to a real giggle, there is an outtake of Datin´ that´s on the same level as the laughing version of Are you lonesome tonight.
Don't think anyone has mentioned (tho 26 pages is a lot to trawl through) 10cc and 'Silly Love' - "cliches, toupees and threepees..."
Bowie's Across the Universe. A rather hideous song I must admit, although I wouldn't skip it. He was having fun and lots of 1970s excess involved. Anyway, he audibly laughs at the end of the first "..nothing...nothing...nothing...nothing's gonna..!". I can see why, it's preposterous.
During the song "Sex" by Berlin, in the background after the line "Am I Bi?" there are two distinct male laughs, one rather fey and the other extremely husky. I always liked that part of the song.
Sorry, too lazy to scroll through 26 pages to see if this has already been posted... Temptation Inside of Your Heart. -Lou Reed.
