Yes it is. I'm not generally a Weller fan but he's doing well this season. And it's really building up. . .is going to be a helluva climax.

Agreed. This season is just relentless!

  4. Interesting about Clay's fate can't say I didn't see it coming at sme point. So Jax, despite his intentions, has become a combination of his father and step father. Wonder if redemption IS still possible for him. Love the echoes of MacBeth and Hamlet in this show...

I find myself re-watching the depressing parts of The Wire, The Shield, Breaking Bad and The Sopranos in order to cheer me up after watching Sons Of Anarchy. :yikes:

Wow, what a finale. I'm very much going to miss that actor. I thought this season was plotted and paced very well. Bring on the next season!

Jax basically told Juice "I know you betrayed me", in reference to Juice telling Nero (while o/d ed on oxys) about the girl Jax told Juice to kill, despite Nero's wishes otherwise.

That killing was so brutal (don't want to spoil it). One thing I like about this show is that you can only be sure about two characters not getting killed off before the upcoming final season. All bets are off for the last season though. It should be a doozy.

One think I'm amazed with about American TV series nowadays is that you can show the most brutal murder imaginable in great detail but not a woman's nipple.

Yes, quite a skewed value system there. Make love, not war.

2/3 rd's of the way through it and a storm rolls through and I lost my satellite signal. I taped the next showing hopefully I can see the rest. Looks like the final season willbe intense.

    Very intense.

Gemma being duplicitous and fingering the innocent and causing a war. Five years ago that wouldn't have seemed as "in character" as it does now!

I miss Maggie Siff. But none-the-less this is going to be a helluva ride.

No doubt Gemma will meet her maker this season, as has been teased with the show promo showing her face as a skull. I still don't see Jax as a leader, wearing sneakers when everyone else is wearing boots just looks ridiculous...I (for whatever reason) like Wendy, could have a real good time with her :)

I like Wendy too, always have liked Drea as an actress.

The sneakers thing. . . is accurate for California bikers I'm afraid. I think it's implausible that Jax would be leader in general, but . . . it's Hamlet, and it's TV and I just don't expect total logic and suspend disbelief as soon as I turn on the set.

I've always wondered about the sneaker thang myself? Is it really popular amongst California bikers? I think some Chucks would work better than those white ones Jax wears.
