Stand for amp, turntable, TV?

I'm moving from a furnished rental to an unfurnished one so I need a stand or something for my audio gear and TV. I have a small amp (Red Wine Audio Signature 16), several even smaller components (DAC, power supplies, phonostage), Clearaudio Concept turntable, and 55" OLED TV. Cheap is always nice but it doesn't need to be. Any suggestions?

 

My wife insists than everything except the TT be behind closed doors. We have a very nice Standout Designs stand. There's also really nice stuff from Salamander, Bell'o and others, and Ive owned some of it, but the Standout is the nicest piece of A/V "Furniture" Ive owned.

OTOH my little office system has a couple $79 cubes from Target and an unfinished Flexxi rack!

 

Most of the furniture I can find that will accommodate a TV is too closed in. How about a a Sanus EFAV-B1:

It comes with 8" pillars but you can buy them separately in sizes 5", 12", or 18" to change the height of the shelves.
