"And keep it bouncy!" my neighbor said. My smart-ass response (also the first songs that came to mind) was
Carla Bley Band's "Spangled Banner Minor"
    Charles Ives' "Fourth Of July"
"Grand Old Flag" by Billy Murray and
"I Hate America" by The Work,
but I know there are some good bouncy ones. What are they?

Unless I am missing something, does the oft misunderstood "Born In the USA" fit?

I think this playlist is for the aerobic-fitness workout class she conducts, so they probably won't notice any lyrics other than the chorus.

The two songs titled "4th of July" that I know (Aimee Mann and Sufjan Stevens) alas aren't very 'bouncy'.

Mark Isham's On the Threshold of Liberty,a modern instrumental that NPR used for a while when reciting the Declaration of Independence for their July 4th broadcasts. Actually, the song is a reflection on a painting by Rene Magritte.
From the musical 1776,William Daniel's stirring Is Anybody There? I guess more than a few nowadays would know Daniels as Mr. Feeny from those Disney shows, but this is the part that put him on the map.
