I've been ordered to walk a half-hour a day to improve my quality of life, and sometimes it's a struggle - too boring. Well, I popped SH's remastering of Chuck Berry's Rock N' Roll Rarities into my tinny mono tape recorder, along with an Elvis tape, and I walked for two hours! Even in tinny mono, what an upfront, in your face sound!

    Thank you Steve!

Ya know, that's not a bad idea..... I'll get the burner going for my discman!

    Thanks for posting, Joel!

  4. I sometimes listen to Steve's music on the treadmill at World's Heath or on my girlfriend's treadmill. Works good. Haven't used the Chuck Berry disc yet. I'll try it next time out. The Fixx, Golden Earring, Who MBBB, Who's Next, they're good to work out too as well.

Best workout music I know of is Fleetwood Mac (ST and Rumors), great beat and a great band.
