Coming up on the 7th anniversary of the first titles debuting on Blu Ray and still a lot of great movies are not around. Well, IMO they're personal faves not necessarily masterpieces....

    Into The Night
    After Hours
    My Blue Heaven
    The Longest Yard (Sandler)
    Midnight Run
    8MM
    Summer School
    Biloxi Blues
Things to do in Denver When You're Dead
    Used Cars
    The Legend of Hell House
All Cheech & Chong movies except Corsican Brothers
    The Monkees Tv show
WKRP in Cincinatti (extreme long shot but I can dream)

What are your faves still missing?

Without double-checking, I think Serpico and In the Heat of the Night still aren't available.

I would love The Avengers 1960's tv series
The Monkees with fully restored audio and video
And as a long shot, The 1960's Batman Tv Series.

This came out in the mid 90s -- I've rented it a couple of time and loved it. Not only has their not been a Blu-ray release, but even the standard DVD has been out of print for a while.
