Here's a fun exercise that arose out of a mistaken album attribution on a Facebook comment (e.g. Steely Dan - Aqualung). A few I came up with were:

Van Halen - Make It Big
Joni Mitchell - Off The Wall
Whitney Houston - Songs From The Big Chair
    Bjork - Nevermind

What strange artist/album combinations can you think of that might have occurred in a parallel universe?

    I don't get what you're after, exactly.

  6. Bizarre or ironic combination of album and artist. Maybe.

It's not all that complicated - it's a parallel universe with the same artists. The same albums came out in that universe - same songs, anyhow - but done by a different artist, potentially at a different time.
