Maestro Fuzztone on the floor - the wedge shaped pedal (and the oval foot switch to control the "vib/trem" on the AC30, right next to John's boot)

Only song I can think of that might have used that Fuzztone is "Think For Yourself"

There are four more out there from the LA Woman sessions. Anyone have them handy?

That's quite a small space to be recording live in. Was this from the record sessions?

No need for cans when you're in a tiny room with everyone else.

Got a chill and felt a bit sad seeing Jim Morrison during the LA Woman sessions.... Great pics...

Yes on both counts. The Doors recorded the L.A. Woman album in their rehearsal space.

Engineer: Val Valentin (credited as "Val Valentine"), "senior sound engineer at Capitol Records, Hollywood, California," recording in both mono and stereo.

(The photo is masked off in that odd fashion on the album sleeve.)

Unless you want to eliminate bleed from a vocal monitor that would need to exist if headphones were not in use. Would be interesting if the tracks were recorded live with a wedge. do you know if that's the case, lukpac?
