Any ideas? The geniuses at Best Buy claim that the Sonos Play:1 cannot be wall mounted.

As noted above, Flexson has a couple different options for the PLAY1.

    I'd recommend one Play:5

That's the one I've really wanted, because it's (absurdly, IMO) the only one with a AUX in. I'm sure it'd be loud enough but not sure if it's be good enough on it's own to beat 2 speakers. Thanks!

Flexson makes a variety of Sonos accessories and all are of great quality.

We installed a pair of Play:1 as surround speakers to compliment their Sonos Playbar and SUBwoofer.

You can pair the Play:5 as a stereo pair. They sound awesome that way- if you add the Sonos SUBwoofer it makes for an outstanding 2.1 system.

One may also pair the Play:1 and Play:3.

That'd be awesome but I dont think I have that much space in my bedroom. Can you pair 3? I'm leaning toward 2 Play:1's on my wall, downward tilt, facing bed and then adding a Play:3 as center or sub if the sound isnt deep enough.
The Play:5 would probably be easiest but where I want to put it, I'd be worried about the sound shooting over me.

Sonos does not have an option for using any of their components as a center channel (except for their Playbar which is center, L&R). My suggestion would be to pair two of the Play:1 and then add their SUBwoofer for a fine sounding 2.1 system.
