I liked the promo pieces I watched for it. I'll give it a shot.

I'm in, although I have reservations. I've heard that it's not really a 'movie' but a protracted pitch at a regular series, which likely means an unsatisfying conclusion. Also it was created by Philip Levens, previously from Smallville, so...

Promo looks decent so I've set the DVR. I like that it's not a huge time investment...if it sucks and I want to see it through well it's only 3 installments, not some whole long season like 24 (which I bailed on)

Eh... that may not be good. But the billboards are plastered all over town, and the promos look good, so I'll give it a whirl. Promo here:

    Looks interesting. Lousy trailer, though.

All miniseries are pitches for series, or so I've heard.

I'm not sure that three episodes qualifies as a mini-series, not to mention that the OP characterized this as a 'movie'.

    Plenty of sex there.

    Lorilei is beautiful.

Seems to be ok with a lot of ideas thrown together.

I haven't watched yet, but from what I did see, there were lots of beautiful plastic babes around and the color palette looks to be straight out of Utopia (the British show).

It's a clever idea, and I'm going to try to watch the first episode or two tonight.

I'll be watching it tonight (this is in a few moments, as is night here), I have the feeling It's going to be good and entertaining. I like today's TV more and more and cinema movies less and less.

Premise is good, the twist you've seen before. Without saying anything else, the logic and rules of gravity are called into question here.

I thought it was decent, though I wasn't too thrilled with the last episode. I hated every single scene with the little girl. I really can't stand the overused "wise mystic child" device. They're often, as is the case here, awful actors. And I just don't think the story needs a supernatural bent. The "starchild"? Blech. Not sure I'd watch a series if she were going to be a major focus, and that seems the case.

I wasted my time watchng it all. I did get one big laugh out of the big save at the end thinking to myself "Captain! The dilithium crystals! They're saving the day by making oxygen!"

I watched the first episode last night. It's a nice looking show (both the sets and the plethora of short skirts) but it's mostly amateur hour in terms of dialogue and acting.

The premise is better than the execution.

So, it should have been a CW show? :)
