No one. Especially today. It's too easy to hear something off the internet. That being said. I've waited over 10 year for a Tool album.

Same. I was going to say Dylan, but it’s not true any longer.

Although I'm sitting out the 50th Anniversary of Village Green until I know if it's something I really, really want.

Steve Hackett and Marillion, but I’m quite anxious to hear what Steven Wilson has up his sleeve for the next album.

Oh, please. Deadheads start their family with the second child because first-borns go directly to Rhino and Grateful Dead Productions.

Lots! Once an artist wins me over with a solid/consistent catalog, it takes a couple-few seriously disappointing albums in a row for me to lose interest. In some cases, even if they have become sort of mediocre, I continue to buy their stuff in gratitude for the earlier great records. Insta-preorders (not including reissues) include:

    Brian Jonestown Massacre
    The Sadies
    Chuck Prophet
    Nick Cave
    Jason Isbell
    Wolf Parade
    Hiss Golden Messenger
    Cat Power
    Josh Ritter
    Gene Clark (archival, obviously)
    Shearwater
    Sea Pinks
    Neko Case
    Calexico
    Mates of State
    Hayden
    Raveonettes
    P J Harvey
    Old 97's
    Deer Tick
    Eilen Jewell
    Joe Henry
    The Mountain Goats
    Sam Phillips

    Used to be so many.

Probably just Prince now- although I’ve so far skipped the recent Nothing Compares 2 U single in the hope that it turns up on a future full release.

    Also Mark Lanegan
